RETURN POLICY

*Please note this is our return policy for online purchases. For items purchased at our pop up locations please refer to our 'Pop up location warranty policy'*

Kai and Koras return policy is valid for up to 14 days after the purchase of goods. For online orders this period starts from the date the parcel was delivered to you. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds.

We are able to offer an exchange of sizing of the same product or a store credit for eligible products. 

Exchanges can only be made once. After you receive your exchanged item, it is not eligible for an additional exchange.  All exchanged items have an individual 2 month warranty period. 

Earrings are unable to be returned or exchanged due to hygiene health and safety regulations. 

Kai and Kora are not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery service and retaining proof of postage.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

Your order must meet the following requirements.

  • Items are being returned within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition.
  • Items must be returned by post in their original packaging including bags, pouches and boxes. 
  • Items must show no sign of wear or damage. 

Items listed below are non-returnable.

  • All earrings.
  • All sale items.
EXCHANGE POLICY

We are able to facilitate the exchange of sizing for rings, however it must be for the exact same product. If you wish to exchange for a different style, we recommend you return your item for a store credit and re-purchase your preferred item. 

Exchanges are subject to availability. Should your exchange order not be available, we will process a store credit for your return.

We will notify you upon receiving return/exchange requests. If the desired product is out of stock, we can process your request as store credit.

INIATE A RETURN

If your item meets the qualifications for a return, please follow the instructions below.

For orders being returned online email info@kaiandkorajewellery.com.au within 14 days of receiving your items with the following information. 

  • Full name
  • Phone number and email address
  • Order No.
  • Preference of store credit or exchange.
  • Item being returned and (if applicable) size which you wish to exchange for.
  • Reason for return.

We will review your request and send a email with instructions on how to return your items.

All return postage costs are at the customers expense. Kai and Kora are not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. We recommend using a trackable delivery service and retaining proof of postage.

WARRANTY POLICY

All purchases made through our online store come with a 6 month warranty. Every Kai and Kora piece undergoes thorough quality checks during production and before shipment by our dispatch team. Our warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials. 

Our warranty does not cover

1. Loss of jewellery

2. Chain breakages or bent/stretched chains

3. Pieces that have been damaged (including bending or misshaping) due to ‘wear and tear’ through misuse or incorrect wear. 

4. Fading of gold jewellery

5. Discolouration or tarnishing/oxidation of silver

6. Bent / broken earring posts or clasps

Freshwater pearls and gemstones are naturally occurring and will vary in colour, shape, clarity and can come with imperfections/inclusions – no two are alike, making each stone and pearl unique and beautiful. Natural imperfections are not a warrant-able/replace-able issue.

To initiate a warranty claim please email info@kaiandkorajewellery.com.au and provide the following information.

  • Full name.
  • Phone number and email address.
  • Order number or proof of purchase.
  • One clear photo of the entire item.
  • If you are wanting a replacement of the item or alternatively a store credit.
POP UP LOCATION WARRANTY POLICY

All purchases made through our pop up locations (this includes market stalls) come with a 6 month warranty. Every Kai and Kora piece undergoes thorough quality checks during production and before shipment by our dispatch team. Our warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials. 

Our warranty does not cover

In the case of a faulty item purchased from a pop up location, replacements will be resolved at pop up locations and cannot be processed through our online store or mailed due to warehousing differences. If you believe a product purchased at a pop up location to be faulty, please contact us at info@kaiandkorajewellery.com.au with the required information, so we can assess and find a suitable location for replacement.
